Lithium battery spot welding machine manufacturing principle

author:tap:323 Release time:2022-11-30

Spot welding machine, also known as resistance welding machine, is the principle of using the resistance heat generated by the current through the workpiece solder joint to stop welding. When working, the two electrodes squeeze the workpiece so that the two layers of metal form a certain contact resistance under the pressure of the two electrodes. When the welding current flows from one electrode to another electrode, instantaneous thermal welding is formed at the two contact resistance points, and the welding current flows from the other electrode along the two workpieces instantaneously, forming a loop without damaging the internal structure of the workpiece to be welded.

In the spot welding process, the appearance of the weldment is cleaned and sent to the upper and lower electrodes, and pressure is applied to make it in good contact; The contact surface of two workpieces to be heated is energized, and part of it condenses to form a melting core; Adhere to the pressure after power failure, so that the molten core is cooled and solidified under pressure to form a solder joint; Remove the pressure and pick up the finished piece.

Welding process parameters such as welding current, electrode pressure, power on time and electrode face size have great influence on welding quality. The process of spot welding is to open the cooling water; Clean the appearance of the weldment, accurately assemble it and send it to the upper and lower electrodes, pressurize it to make good contact; The contact surface of two workpieces to be heated is energized, and part of it condenses to form a melting core; Adhere to the pressure after power failure, so that the molten core is cooled and solidified under pressure to form a solder joint; Remove the pressure and pick up the finished piece. Preparation and installation of welds: Before welding steel welds, it is necessary to clean all dirt, oil, oxide and rust. For hot-rolled steel, stop pickling and sandblasting the welded parts or remove the oxide with a grinding wheel. Although the uncleaned welds can be spot-welded, the service life of the electrodes is seriously reduced, and the output power and quality of spot welding are reduced together. Thin coated medium and low carbon steel can be welded directly.
