The pressing mechanism of the automobile terminal welding is a mechanism that produces pressure between the wire and the conductive strip, and only needs to produce enough pressure to ensure a low contact resistance and a good connection, so the reliability of the pressing mechanism directly affects the quality of the wire connection. For threaded terminals, screws, copper posts and platen are important components of the compression mechanism, and for non-threaded terminals, springs or spring cards are important components of the compression mechanism. Non-threaded terminals, the pressing mechanism is mainly spring, so the selection of spring material is crucial, both to ensure that there is enough contact pressure, to ensure that there is no excessive damage to the wire, spring terminals are currently more reliable non-threaded terminals. When entering the wire, you can press the spring through the push block or screwdriver, after entering the wire, loosen the spring, apply the back tension of the spring to tightly press the wire, generate enough contact pressure, and then apply the cutting edge of the spring to choke the wire, so that it will not loose or pull out artificially.


Automotive terminal welding process, generally produce a lot of torque, to ensure that the wire has enough contact pressure, standard GB2099 and GB16915 understand the rules, when tightening or loosening the clamping screw, will not cause the terminal itself loose. Screw type terminals, screw self-locking can play a decisive element, the ordinary terminal screw self-locking principle is based on the "lifting cylinder principle". When tightening the screw, the screw tightening force does not directly act on the wire, but acts on the clamping member, and the resulting automatic step self-locking makes the thread friction gradually increase, complete the screw self-locking, and finally the wire is clamped on the conductive strip. There are different torque requirements for different thread diameters, such as M3 pressure screws, and 80N torque will not damage the terminals.


There is no air gap in the column of automotive terminal welding magnetic system, and the remanent magnetic is too large. File off part of the pole surface at the remanent magnetic gap, so that the gap is 0.1~0.3mm, or parallel a 0.1UF capacitor at the two ends of the coil. The enabled contactor core surface has oil or greasy after a period of use. Clean the anti-rust grease on the surface of the iron core, and the surface of the iron core is requested to be smooth, but it should not be too light, otherwise it is easy to form a delayed release. During the entire assembly process, it is necessary to withstand the high temperature in the preheating zone and the temperature transmitted to the terminal body by wave soldering. The flux must not affect the terminal, and must be easy to remove without any residue. The entire assembly process must be able to be washed with water.
